This week Dan Hall, our neighbor, friend and fellow churchmember for over 25 years collapsed and died at home. What a blessing that his passing was quick and painless. Wendy, his wife of 40 years, has overwhelming family support from her four adult kids and their respective families, and her 20+ relatives who flew in from CA and UT. Although a sad time, it is also a happy time - a big family reunion. We have heard lots of singing and laughter come from their home the past few days. There has also been a great outpouring of support from our ward family. Dan, Jr. gave his dad's eulogy, and Bruce gave one of the talks at Dan's memorial service. This happy photo above was taken last October when Dan and Wendy were sealed for time and all eternity at the Dallas TX Temple. It is sobering to be reminded how fraile and unpredictable life is.
